In 2016, I created the concept of Alleghania. This was to be the world's first fully ecologically sustainable condominium complex built right in the Forest of the Great Smoky Mountains near Newfound Gap, North Carolina.
With the exception of only the photography, I generated everything you are about to see. This includes logos, conceptual architecture details and illustrations, concepts for utilities, design layouts, and writing.
The following is a brochure booklet that I created to advertise the concept. Each image (with the exception of the two covers) is a full spread meant to fold in the middle.
